Donation Policy

We are deeply grateful for all donations received in support of Repair Cafe Yateley. These contributions play a vital role in helping us drive forward and maintain this project for the benefit of all Yateley Parish residents. Althought the Repair Café Yateley is an initiative of, and managed by, the trustees of The Yateley Society, all donations specifically made to the Repair Café will be used exclusively to support that project. These funds will be directed entirely toward the operation, resources, and ongoing development of the Repair Café.

Use of Donations
Unless otherwise specified by the donor, all donations will be used at the discretion of Repair Cafe Yateley for the overall benefit of this initiative. This allows us the flexibility to allocate resources where they are most needed.

Designated Donations
If a donor wishes for their contribution to support a specific part of the project, activity, or cause, they must clearly indicate this in writing at the time of the donation. Repair Cafe Yateley will make every effort to honor such designations, provided they align with our objectives and operational capabilities.

Acknowledgment and Transparency
We are committed to acknowledging all donations appropriately and ensuring transparency in how funds are used. Regular updates on our initiatives and the impact of donor support will be shared through our official communication channels.
